meditation. There will be original Sanskrut text, and English / Marathi
commentary on the technique. I expect reader should not take it as just a piece
of information but practice the technique that suits him/her for at least one
month to further the spiritual quest.

श्री देव्युवाच
श्रुतं देव मया सर्वं
रुद्रयामलसम्भवम् |
त्रिकभेदमशेषेण
सारात्सारविभागशः ||
अद्यपि न निवृत्तो मे संशय: परमेश्वर |
किं रुपं तत्वतो देव
शब्दराशिकलामयम् ||
किं वा नवात्मभेदेन भैरवे
भैरवाकृतौ |
त्रिशिरोभेदभिन्नं वा किं वा
शक्तित्रयात्मकम् ||
नादबिन्दुमयं वापि किं
चंद्रार्धनिरोधिका: |
चक्रारुढमनच्कं वा किं वा
शक्तिस्वरुपकम् ||
परापराया: सकलम् अपरायाश्च वा पुनः |
पराया यदि तद्वत्स्यात् परत्वं
तद्विरुध्यते ||
नहि वर्ण विभेदेन देहभेदेन वा
भवेत् |
परत्वं, निष्कलत्वेन, सकलत्वे न तदभवेत् ||
प्रसादं कुरु मे नाथ नि:शेषं छिन्धि संशयम् |
भैरव उवाच
साधु साधु त्वया पृष्टं तन्त्रसारमिदं प्रिये |
गूहनीयतमं भद्रे तथापि कथयामि
ते |
यत्किञ्चित्सकलं रुपं भैरवस्य
प्रकीर्तितम् ||

हे अचंबित करणारे जगत काय आहे?
बीजाचे मूलतत्व काय आहे?
संसाररुपी चक्राच्या केंद्रस्थानी काय आहे?
नामरुपांच्या पलिकडे काय आहे?
नामरुपातीत अमृतत्वाची प्राप्ती शक्य आहे का?

ध्यानतंत्रे सांगितली. ज्ञात-अज्ञात विश्वातील सर्व पंथसंप्रदाय,ज्ञानमार्ग यातील एक अथवा अधिक तंत्र पद्धतीद्वारा उत्पन्न झाले. भूत, वर्तमान तसेच भविष्य काळातील तत्त्ववेत्ते, प्रेषित यातील एक अथवा अधिक तंत्रपद्धतीचे फलस्वरुप आहेत.

Now Shiva replies and describes 112 meditation
techniques. All the religions of the world, all the seers of the world,
have reached the peak through some technique or other, and all those techniques
will be in these one hundred and twelve techniques.

तंत्र ४
कुम्भिता रेचिता
वापि पूरिता या यदा भवेत् |
तदन्ते शान्तनामासौ
शक्त्या शान्तः प्रकाशते ||
When
kumbhaka takes place after pooraka or rechaka, then the shakti known as shanta
is experienced and through that peace (the bhairava consciousness) is revealed.
In universal pause of breath in or
out one’s small ego vanishes…
(Kumbhaka dharana)
Desiring
mind is impure mind which cannot experience pause between the breaths. But in
emergencies (e.g. accident or unexpected situation) your breath stops
automatically. In such situation you can experience this subtle pause. During
this pause, the ego is forgotten as it is useful only for daily utilities not
for emergencies. Zen methods are designed to create such emergencies because
with cause, pause cannot be created. When you cannot understand causality, mind
stops and when mind stops, breathing stops. This is a two way process. Ayurveda
measures life not in years but in breaths. If you stop breathing then you will
not able to think. This pause has to be created for impure, desiring mind but
for pure mind the pause is always here. When you are high on emotions your
breath moves fast. In pure mind there is no desire, no motivation, not going
anywhere hence breath stops automatically as there is no need of regular
breath. In this pause the small self vanishes and you attain the higher self or
supreme self.
वासनारहित मनाद्वारे दीर्घ आणि सह्ज श्वास विराम...
अहंकाराची गरज केवळ दैनंदिन व्यवहारासाठी. आणीबाणीच्या प्रसंगी 'स्व'
चा विसर, नैसर्गिक श्वास विराम. मनाचे कार्य सदैव श्वाससहित. श्वासरहित अवस्थेत मनाचे अस्तित्व नाही. विकारशील मनासाठी गतीमान श्वास आवश्यक. जेव्हा मन विकारशून्य तेव्हा श्वास विरामाची अनुभूती. मनाची शूचिता मनातील वासनांशी निगडीत. वासना सर्व प्रेरणांचे मूलकारण. वासनाक्षयामूळे
श्वास अनावश्यक. त्यातून दीर्घ व सहज श्वास विराम. श्वासविरामाद्वारे अहंकारशून्यता आणी त्याद्वारा आत्मानुभूती.
